Our Service and Fees Explained

  • First Time Registration Fee £25.00
    Includes 1 Year Complimentary Registration and 3 Products of your choice
  • Thereafter Annual Family Re-Registration fee £11.75
  • Any number of ID Devices can be covered
  • Access to 24/7 Emergency Response Service Free each year
Registration Fees are a non-refundable admin fee only and include VAT (17.5%)

Full example explanation

You may purchase any number of the Alert ID Devices including Personal, Diabetic, Key, Travel, Equip, Pet and Home Alert. Additional ID devices may be purchased throughout the year.

On receipt of your ID devices you and any member of your family may register on your Alert ID account.

Annual Registration fee

The annual registration fee is non-refundable and includes VAT.

Annual Service

After initial Registration or annual Re-Registration you and your family receive the Alert ID Family 24/7 Emergency Response Service free of charge for the following 12 months.

When Re-Registration is necessary you will receive this email from the Alert ID team:

Dear customer
Your Alert ID Family Re-Registration fee falls due on dd/mm/year
£11.75 inclusive of VAT is due before the above date.
To pay - visit www.alertid.co.uk /my account – log in using your username and password and choose ‘shop’ from the top bar menu.
Re-Registration payment via the members shop will automatically update your Alert ID record and you will receive notification by email.
