You only pay the annual service fee if you really want to!

Full example explanation

You may purchase any number of the Alert ID Devices @ £6 each including Personal, Diabetic, Key, Travel, Equip, Pet and Home Alert. Additional ID devices may be purchased throughout the year.

On receipt of your ID devices you and any member of your family may register on your Alert ID account.

You and your family receive the Alert ID Family Service for the following 12 months.

After 11 months you will receive this email from the Alert ID Service team:

Dear customer

Your Alert ID Family Account 12 month Service fee falls due on dd/mm/year

To continue with your Alert ID Family Service for a further 12 months please pay £10 before the above date.

To pay - visit www.alertid.co.uk /my account – log in using your username and password and choose option ‘pay service fee’. You may use any credit or debit card.

No requirement to pay service fee! Your final year of service is free of charge. If you do not wish to continue with Alert ID please ignore this reminder and your account and service will be suspended for 3 months, after which your account will be deleted from the register.

Should you change your mind at any time within the 3 months you may pay the service fee as described above. This will instantly unlock your Alert ID account and provide the Incident Response Service for a period of 12 months from the date your Family service fee became due.
