How does it work?

Protecting Your Property

The Key Alert Fob carries a clear message that the owners details can be obtained by ringing the Incident Number found on the fob. Each key fob also comes with a Unique ID which is unique to your keys. So in the event of loss the finder can contact our Incident Response Center, and they’ll let you know your keys have been found and assist in its safe return to you!

Our service allows you to provide us with as much or as little information as you like. Your information is stored and managed securly online and used by our Incident Support Centre to facilitate the return of lost or stolen property.

  • No longer do you need put you personal information on your property
  • No longer are you restricted to how much information you can inscribe on your ID device
  • No longer will you need to replace your device if any of your information changes

Once you’ve purchased and received your Alert ID products you’ll be able to login to your secure online account to keep all your personal and property details up-to-date. Which our Incident Response Centre will then convey to those assisting in returning your property.
