Visible Identification for Property
Leave your home knowing that if an emergency occurs or a parcel is delivered that requires a signature, the situation can be dealt with immediately and you or your keyholders will be informed as soon as the 24/7 Incident Response Centre receives notification.
Alternatively the Home Alert service can be used by anyone who does not want to answer the door to strangers.
You are out shopping or on holiday and you have a caller with a parcel or the emergency services are alerted to an incident (fire, water or gas leak, burglary) - The HomeAlert window sticker enables you and your keyholders to be immediately contacted via the Alert ID Incident Response Centre.
Your mum is concerned that someone it at the door. The caller can be asked to telephone the number on the HomeAlert sticker and the Incident Response Centre will identify them by taking name and telephone number and call them back. We also liaise with you, your mum or anyone else that you nominate on the register.
The window sticker maintains your security and does not give your contact details directly. It only provides access to the 24/7 Incident Response Centre, thus ensuring that the telephone call is always answered, the incident begins to be dealt with professionally and all your stored relevant emergency information can be accessed easily and quickly.
How does it work?
Protecting Your Property
In the event of an emergency those first on the scene will see the highly visible window Alert and call our 24/7 Incident Response Centre using the Incident Number clearly displayed on the widow house Alert. The Incident Response Centre will request the HomeAlert Unique ID to identify the property, owner and key holder(s) in question. We then telkephone you and your keyholders. Whoever we manage to contact first will be appraised of the situation and will be provided with the caller or emergency services contact details.
Providing Relevant Information
Our service allows you to provide us with as much or as little information as you like. Your information is securely managed online and our Incident Support Centre is trained to assist the Police and emergency services, record their contact details and pass them to you or your key holder(s) in the event of an emergency.
- Keyholders names, addresses and contact numbers
- Emergency access points to the property
- Locations for gas, electric and water utilities
- Buildings and contents insurance contacts
- Preferred boarding up services
- Your preferred plumber, electrician, boiler engineer etc.
- Specific notes that you think would be helpful in an emergency.
Once you’ve purchased and received your Alert ID products you’ll be able to login to your secure online account to keep all your personal and property details up-to-date. Which our Incident Response Centre will then convey to those assisting in returning your property.
