How does it work?

Protecting Your Family

In the event of an emergency those first on the scene will see the visible wristband and call our 24/7 Incident Response Centre using the Incident Number clearly displayed on the wristband. The Incident Response Centre will request the wristbands Unique ID to identify the person in question and to relay the appropriate medical information to those on the scene. The Incident Response Centre will then contact the next-of-kin to inform them of the situation.

Our service allows you to provide us with as much or as little information as you like. Your information is stored and managed securly online and only read out over the phone by our Incident Support Centre in the event of an emergency.

  • No longer are you restricted to how much information you can inscribe on your ID device
  • No longer will you need to replace your device if any of your information changes

Once you’ve purchased and received your Alert ID products you’ll be able to login to your secure online account to keep all your personal and medical details up-to-date. Which our Incident Response Centre will then convey to those assisting your loved ones in an emergency.
