Delivery & Charges
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days of receipt. We use either Royal Mail or an express courier service, depending on the service level required. Delivery in the UK is free of charge and usually takes 48 hours. Individual charges apply for Worldwide shipping which usually takes seven days. If you would like to track the processing and dispatch of your order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will arrive in packaging designed to ensure its safe arrival.
Due to high volume sales, there may be times when immediate stock is unavailable. In this case, your remaining order will be dispatched in the normal way and a dispatch note will detail which item is temporarily out of stock and how long you can expect to wait to receive it. Outstanding orders are dispatched with immediate priority.
Occasionally we make products available through exclusive promotions via the website. The prices quoted will be website offers only and are not made available through other direct channels. Each promotion will indicate that it is an ‘online exclusive’ promotion.
