a) Death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); or b) fraud or fraudulent statements.

The ‘ID Service’ is provided as per the definition and R3: Alert ID services Ltd will endeavour to facilitate the return of all items of property, people or pets reported as found and bearing a Reebok CramAlert ID device with a legible ID number which is communicated to the Reebok CramAlert ID Incident response team. R3: Alert ID services Ltd will not be responsible for being unable to communicate with an owner of property or pets found or family of persons found, when the contact record of that person or family has become redundant or the telephone numbers are not answered after a reasonable number of attempts by R3: Alert ID services Ltd staff, determined by the workload at the time. Reebok CramAlert ID Services will endeavour to continue the ‘ID Service’ at all times, however should the ‘ID Service’ ‘Incident Response Centre’ cease to function for any reason or for any period of time, R3: Alert ID services Ltd will endeavour to place the service with a third party provider if possible but do not guarantee to be able to do so.

R3: Alert ID services Ltd, and any other party (whether or not involved in recording, storing, maintaining or transmitting Data on the Register ), and any of R3: Alert ID services Ltd’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with the Reebok CramAlert ID service in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Reebok CramAlert ID service and the data stored on the register, including but not limited to loss or damage due to the inability of R3: Alert ID services Ltd staff to contact family members when person, pet or property has been reported found bearing a registered Reebok CramAlert ID device.

a) Death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); or b) fraud or fraudulent statements.

12. Electronic communications

When you visit the website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website.
