‘Account Setup’ - definition.
The registration of one or more persons onto the Reebok CramAlert ID ‘Family ID Register’ and includes:

‘Family ID Register’ - Definition
The database upon which a family may store contact details, medical and allergy details and additional helpful information for themselves and their family for access by the Reebok CramAlert ID Services ‘Incident Response Centre’ for the purposes of reuniting any person or any pet or anything bearing an Reebok CramAlert ID ‘ID Device’ with its owner or family.
‘Registered Account Holder’
This is the person that is shown as the head of the family on the ‘Family ID Register’.
‘Products’ & ‘ID Device’ - Definitions
‘Products’ include any material products that are posted or despatched to a Reebok CramAlert ID registrant on receipt of payment or otherwise. ‘ID Devices’ include ID wristbands, tags and stickers, cards, registration certificates, promotional literature, brochures, packaging and all other physical items that may from time to time, be available for purchase through the Reebok CramAlert ID web shop or by telephoning Reebok CramAlert ID.
ID wristbands tags, stickers, cards, or anything bearing the Reebok CramAlert ID telephone number and a unique ID reference number is known as an ‘ID Device’
‘ID Device’
An ‘ID Device’ is a device bearing the Reebok CramAlert ID telephone number and a unique reference number for that ‘ID Device’
After 7 days refunds for malfunction or wear and tear will be entirely at the discretion of Reebok CramAlert ID Services Ltd.
All ‘ID Devices’ have free ‘1 year or 3 year’ access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ via the telephone number on the ‘ID Device’.
Any ‘ID Device’ where the telephone number or unique ID number becomes illegible, will no longer be deemed to be an ‘ID Device’ and Reebok CramAlert ID Services do not accept any responsibility for the condition of ‘ID Devices’ after the initial 7 day refund period has expired.
free access to ‘Incident Response Centre’ – definition
You cannot purchase access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ for any period of time by credit or debit Card. Any credit or debit card sale is made without any access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ although this may be offered Free of charge.
Registered Families or individuals may have totally free access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ dependant on the terms and conditions of their Registration.
Registered Families or individuals have totally free access to the ‘Family ID Register’ via the internet using username and password.
Access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ by telephone, can in certain circumstances be on a pay-as-you-go basis using a ‘premium rate’ telephone number at no more that £1.00 per minute.
Such pay-as-you-go telephone calls are only for the purpose of updating contact details, change of address or to update family records via an operator in the ‘Incident Response Centre’.
free access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ is always available to anyone reporting that they have found any Reebok CramAlert ID ‘ID Device’ whether or not that devices is attached to a person, pet or item of personal property.
‘Incident Response Centre’
Reebok CramAlert ID provides a central point to report the finding of a person, pet or item of personal property together with a unique Reebok CramAlert ID ‘ID Device’.
All Reebok CramAlert ID ‘ID Devices’ display a 24/7 telephone number and a unique ID number.
When the ‘ID Device’ telephone number is called by someone finding it, together with a person, pet or item of personal property, the call is answered by the ‘Incident Response Centre’
The finder is asked to quote the displayed unique ID number and provide a name and contact number for themselves. They are also asked for their location.
Reebok CramAlert ID staff immediately access the ‘Family ID Register’ via a web link using a password and username. They search on the unique ID number and view the owners ‘Family ID Register’ record.
The Reebok CramAlert ID IRC team then telephone the next-of-kin and or family using the stored contact details on the ‘Family ID Register’.
Registered contact numbers are listed in order of preference by the registrant(s)
Contact with the next-of-kin informs them of the finders name, contact number and location. The owner is then responsible for contacting the finder.
Online Purchasing Policy
Please read these terms and conditions (the “Online Purchasing Policy”) carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms on which Reebok CramAlert ID Services Ltd makes the products available to you through the Reebok CramAlert ID website or by telephone contact with a Reebok CramAlert ID consultant.
The technical steps which create the contract between you and us are as follows:
(a) You place your order for ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and ‘ID Devices’ on the Website by pressing the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process. There may or may not be a packaging and delivery charge dependant on any particular offer at the time.
(b) If you have registered an email address you will receive an acknowledgement of purchase, which will be emailed to you, detailing the products you have ordered and the price you have paid.
(c) Upon despatch of your order, you will receive an order confirmation, which will be posted with your ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’. Acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
(d) Before paying for your ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ you will be required to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of each part of the sale.
1.1 REMOTE PAYMENTS
a) An Reebok CramAlert ID Consultant will take your order over the telephone.
b) Your order will be processed through our merchant services facility. This method of payment gives you security, reassurance and peace of mind as the merchant service assumes full responsibility for the security of your credit / debit card details.
c) Acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when the credit / debit card transaction has been verified by the merchant service.
d) Your ordered ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ and any accompanying literature as appropriate will be despatched to you within 7 working days unless there is a shortage of ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ through excessive sales, in which case ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ will be despatched within 20 working days .
e) Printed terms and conditions will be posted or emailed to you if you request them at the time of the credit / debit card transaction.
2.1 The prices payable for the ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ that you order are clearly set out in the Website. If, mistakenly, the price that appears on the Website is not the correct price for a particular product, we are not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before the product is despatched to you.
2.2 All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of VAT.
2.3 Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT payable. If this occurs, you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the amended price.
3.1 The purchase of ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ displayed on the Reebok CramAlert ID website is subject to availability and we shall not be liable to you in the event that we are unable to supply ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ to you.
4.1 The total cost of your order is the price of the ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ ordered plus any applicable packaging and delivery charges as indicated at the time that you place your order.
4.2 Payments can be accepted from most credit and debit cards.
4.3 Credit/debit card payment will be processed at the time that you place your order.
4.4 All card payments are processed by our Merchant Services provider for a commission fee which is included in the cost of your purchase.
5.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.
5.2 Delivery will be by Royal Mail. Delivery of products will usually be affected within 5 working days of the date of the order confirmation email. In respect of products which are made to order, the delivery time will be longer. We shall not be liable to you for any loss resulting from delay in delivery to you.
5.3 The delivery charge applicable to your order will be indicated at the time that you are asked to confirm your order.
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order of ‘Account Setup’ and or ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ up to 7 working days after the date of order of the products by contacting us on Telephone: or by email to cancelled@cramalert.co.uk.
6.2 If ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ have already been despatched to you before you notify us that you wish to cancel the order, you must return any ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ to us in accordance with our Returns procedure below.
7.1 If, for any reason, you need to return ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ to us, you must do so within 28 days of the date of delivery. Please use the following procedure for returning any product to us:Keep the product in the original packaging and in its original condition; Send the item to us by Royal Mail registered post at the following address:

7.2 Please note the following points in relation to returns.
(a) All ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ must be returned to us unopened and in good condition. We reserve the right to withhold refund of part or all of the purchase price if the product is returned in a condition which makes it unfit for resale;
(b) Reebok CramAlert ID shall not be liable for the non-receipt by us of returned ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’. Please send returned ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ to us by registered post and retain a copy of the certificate of posting from the Post Office.
(c) Upon receipt by us of the returned ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’, your credit/debit card will be credited with the purchase price of the ‘Products’ and or ‘ID Devices’ (but excluding the relevant delivery charge and the return postal charges unless the products are faulty or returned due to an error on our part).
Your ‘Account Setup’ is a one off charge to enable you to purchase ‘Product’ and ‘ID Devices’ to identify people, pets and personal property.
Your account will remain active provided you have purchased sufficient ‘ID Devices’ to ensure that you have continued access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’. Each ‘ID Device’ purchased gives you free access for 1 year or 3 years dependant on the package purchased. Access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ covers all ‘ID Devices’, whenever they were purchased.
If your access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ expires, your registration may remain on the Reebok CramAlert ID Services register at the discretion of Reebok CramAlert ID for your private use. The responsibility for removal or editing of any Personal or Sensitive data remains with the registrant at all times.
At the expiration of access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ all ‘ID Devices’ will then become unregistered.
Payment of a £6 charge will provide an additional ID wristband and enable you to reregister your ‘ID Devices’ and access to the ‘Incident Response Centre’ for 1 additional year.
It is the ‘Registered Account Holder’s’ responsibility to ensure that their ‘Registered Account’ remains active.
‘Account Setup’ and ‘ID Device’ payments‘ are sometimes used in part, to provide the Reebok CramAlert ID Service to families where the RRP is prohibitive.
Reebok CramAlert ID supports a number of chosen charities each year. Details can be found on the web site at www.cramalert.co.uk and in literature which can be supplied at the time of purchasing any Reebok CramAlert ID ‘Registration Account’, ID Service or ‘Products’.
Donations to one or more charity may be made via the web site or through the Reebok CramAlert ID customer services team. Charitable donations cannot be refunded. All charitable donation payments are subject to VAT and forwarded to the charity chosen by the purchaser together with the purchaser’s name, address and contact details as detailed by the purchaser.
The charity receiving all donations from registrants during 2008 and 2009 is Steve Cram’s charity - Comrades Of Children Overseas (COCO) registered charity number SCO30428.
Reebok CramAlert ID Services Ltd reserve the right to terminate the ‘Family ID Register’ account of any person with a full refund of the ‘Account Setup’ charge and a refund of any ‘Product’ and or ‘ID Devices’ that are returned to Reebok CramAlert ID Services Ltd upon request. Reebok CramAlert ID Services Ltd is not under any obligation to give an explanation for termination of any ‘Family ID Registration’ account.
This Online Purchasing Policy incorporates the terms set out in the Legal Notices and acceptance by you of the Online Purchasing Policy shall be deemed to be an acceptance by you of the Legal Notices.
