“When anyone is found wearing a Reebok CramAlert ID wristband, which is registered to them, they can be sure of one thing!
If the telephone number on the wristband is called – It will be answered 24-hours a day by a member of my Incident Response Team.
They will immediately perform the following actions:
- Establish the identity of the person found via the ID number on the wristband
- Establish the identity and contact numbers for the finder
- Establish whether the person found is ill or injured or simply found
- If required, relay details of medical /allergy information recorded by the registrant or their family including:
- Next-of-kin details
- Medication requirements
- A crisis plan
- Doctors details
We will also:
Immediately begin to contact the next-of-kin and family using the contact list stored on the Reebok CramAlert ID register.
Once contact with next-of-kin is established: Relay details of the incident, and contact details for the finder are relayed.
The Emergency Response Team will continue to monitor the situation until both registered person and next-of-kin are successfully reunited.
Look at the explanation above and follow the lines of information to see how this works in practice.”
