Step 1: Choosing your Reebok CramAlert ID service
Access to the Incident Response Centre is dependant on purchasing the Reebok CramAlert ID service. There are 4 options available to you:
Single Registration (1 year) £10
1 Years Access to the incident response centre for just 1 person
1 Adjustable Wristband included, additional bands available at £4.99 each
Single Registration (3 years) £20
3 Years Access to the incident response centre for just 1 person
1 Adjustable Wristband included, additional bands available at £4.99 each
Family Registration (1 year) £20
1 Years Access to the incident response centre for 4 people
4 Adjustable Wristband included, additional bands available at £4.99 each, additional people can be added for £5.00 each (which includes a wristband)
Family Registration (3 years) £40
3 Years Access to the incident response centre for 4 people
4 Adjustable Wristband included, additional bands available at £4.99 each, additional people can be added for £5.00 each (which includes a wristband)
Step 2: Purchase
Click on buy now and follow the registration form through by clicking on next at the bottom of each of up to 3 pages.
If you are purchasing a Family Registration please think of a good name to describe your family.
Examples – The Dr Peppers, The Smith Tribe, The Norfolk Shoppers or simply The Keats Family.
Completion of the form should take around 3 minutes.
You will need a credit or debit card with you. The payment page is secure and your credit card details are encrypted and then destroyed once the sale has been cleared.
If you supply your email address you will receive a receipt by email within a few minutes detailing your purchase, your purchase number and the amount taken from you card.
Within 7 working days you will receive your welcome pack which includes your unique wristbands, literature, and dispatch note.
The envelope will look like this, watch out for it!
Step 3: The Registration Process
Email - If you have supplied your email address – Your initial setup registration password will be emailed to you once your welcome pack has been posted.
When you receive your ID wristbands, your will also receive your A3 information document which explains the full registration process.
YOU NOW NEED TO REGISTER YOUR ID WRISTBANDS ON THE REGISTER!
Go to the website at www.cramalert.co.uk and click on Customer Login on the top menu.
Enter you username which will be your email address and your password which was supplied by email as above.
You will be presented with a screen which allows you to enter your unique wristband numbers and also choos your desired level of Data Protection Act 1998 compliance.
When your ID wristband numbers have been stored against whoever you choose, you can complete any medical or allergy information that you would like to store to be used in any emergency where you are ill or injured and unable to communicate for yourself.
